Ruptela eco4plus - status: offline

Eder Gomez7 years ago

What does the device depend on to get its status offline?

I have configured a rupture eco4plus team with the appropriate parameters to report on my domain. But I noticed that it does not stay online until the period that was configured to send the data (60 seconds), then every 60 seconds appears online for approximately 5 seconds and is again out of line until 60 seconds passes again.

Offline means that device is not connected to the server. Some devices upload data and disconnect. Sounds like that's what's happening in your case. It might be configurable option on the device side.

I've done the test by configuring the device to report every second and do the same.
