I noticed the project uses Liquibase for database management. How do I run the migrations? I checked, and it seems I need to configure Liquibase manually. Is there no automatic command in Traccar for this? I'm hesitant to proceed, worried about potential issues. Also, I built the project from source, and everything works except for the database migration step
