Route Report Stopped Populating On One Device

I have two devices in traccar. When I pull reports since yesterday I noticed one has a route history the other device does not. Both are live and updating with gps coordinates. Any ideas?

Are both reporting correct time?

I figured the time that traccar received the update would be the one that was recorded. The logs show the correct time but the tracker is stuck on a time that it's sending through. Hmm...
