Reverse Geocoding with margin of error

Hello everyone,

First, thanks to the developer team for this update where the improvements are noticed in its details...

I upgraded from 4.13 to 4.15 (both official) without any problems, everything perfect in the LOGS.

But it is happening that in some cases of coordinates, even though the device icon on the map is in the correct place, the address ends up showing the name of another street that is nearby (about +- 30mt).

I emphasize that I have had my own Nominatim Server since forever and I even deactivated it to use the official configuration and even then it happened...

Anyone else experiencing this and know how to fix it?

Test that coordinate against the shared OpenStreetMap Nominatim server (plugging in your coordinates, so it's not through Traccar) and see if you get the same result.

If successful, then do the same thing on your private server.

My experience with Nominatim (and a few other mapping services) is that they are not always 100% accurate. Usually this is due to missing data, so they will return the nearest known structure.
