Reset password don't close session

Hello, I have a problem, when I change the password of a user or when I disable it, the sessions that have been opened before this action remain open, how can I do it or why does the session not close when I make these changes?

to avoid making another forum post with the same subject , i just had this issue today where i had to restart service just to close a spesific account session after a password reset , have there been any fixes for this
