Im running Traccar 5.10, with multiple devices, users and groups. Everything works well separating the users and devices by groups, expect for one small issue which is either a bug or oversight (or mistake by me...)
When in the reports that support groups (combined and summary) its allows a user who has access to only group A (for example) to see all the groups available on the server in the "Group" dropdown filter list.
To be clear, it doesnt display any data from those groups to that user, its only the issue of exposing the existence other groups to that user.
Now unless its me thats done something wrong, its not a huge issue, but if we could have it addressed? Thanks.
It should only show groups the user has access to.
Ok, Ive just done a bit more testing. It must be a browser/session cache issue. If you login as a user who can see all the groups, then logout and login as a user who can only see one group, you still see all the groups. But if you close the browser between logins then the groups are filtered correctly. Thats not such an issue, it was just confusing me logging in and out as different users in the same browser session.
It does sound like a bug. Can you please create a ticket for it on GitHub.
Done #5232. As always thanks for the prompt replys.
