Register device LK210
There is no way to configure device from Traccar software. You need to check manual on how to configure it. Usually you need to send specially formatted SMS with IP address and port to the device.

One more question. you must open the port on each device that sends data to traccar?

Port should be open on the server side. On device you just need to configure correct IP address and port.
