Question about speed limit

I just setup speed limit on my tracker but i have a question about how it works.

I setup my device to send message every 60 seconds and i have insert an alarm limit to 50km/m.

Let's supose this :

I'm on the road, i start my engine.
At 0 second the device send his first rapport : "hello i run at 40 km/m"
[Between this 2 rapport, i run at 100km but when i'm near 59 seconds i drop down my car speed]
At 60 seconds the device send his second rapport : "hello i run at 40 km/m" (its right because i run at 40km/m

Question : Will i get alarm speed ?

How did you set up the speed limit? Can I see a screenshot?

Also, what is "km/m" and "rapport"?

I set it on the device with sms command, something like : speed+pass+ +040

The device replyed: speed ok !

Ps: km/h (the speed, its like mph in english) and rapport is the msg of the device

OK, so it's not a server side speed limit. Then you should probably check manual or ask device vendor about behavior.

Well since it's a clone tracker, it's nearly impossible to get real support.

How other trakers are working ? Are they record each seconds in their memory the speed and once they are during the upload information they send the speed ? Or they check speed only when they send the information (setup by 30 sec 60sec via sms)

It is a good question. They should check speed every second, but then I don't know if cheap devices actually work like that.

You mean that expenssiver device like Xexun/coban check speed every seconds ?

I don't know how devices work.
