There are only two lines in the log. One clearly says that your message was filtered out by the filters that you have configured in the config file.

There are many filters available. The ones that were used have nothing to do with what you just said. I recommend you to study documentation a bit more to understand what each configuration parameter means and how Traccar works.

Now the problem is different:

I am not able to see the location of the device despite having configured the geolocation parameters ...
