I have a recurring problem with the time of the Concox vl03 device (gt06 protocol), i sent the corresponding configuration for the time zone (GMT,W,5,0#) gmt-5 for Colombia, when interrogating the device it effectively shows that it is in the correct time zone (W5), however, the records that are inserted into the database for this device are made 5, 7, and 8 hours apart. It only happens to me only with this device. What am I doing wrong? Has this happened to anyone else? I have tried with hundreds of devices Coban= Perfect, but all the Concox vl03 have this problem. Traccar usually expects UTC timezone from devices. If your device doesn't, it either has to also report the timezone or you have to configure the timezone in the config file.
