It's probably easier to just increase the id length.
It is already set to max
ANd bigint and server is running since 5 years so I’d is increasing and has reached last point

So the maximum you can have is about 9 Quintillion (that's 9 with 18 zeroes after it). Are you sure you had that many records?
How we can start id from 1 if id column reach its end……keeping existing data of 90 days .
