OSM not rendering. Just blank.

Open Street Map is not rendering at 5000ft. and if you zoom in more, no map... just blank gray background. Any idea what's causing this?

Are you sure you are using Open Street Map? Default map layer is actually NOT OSM.

At the bottom right corner, it is showing "(c) OpenStreetMap Conttributors."

I think you misunderstand what this attribution means. It means that map data is owned by OSM contributors. Basically it means that the map is based on the OSM data, but it does NOT necessarily mean it is OSM map. Default is Wikimedia map. Either change it different layer or upgrade to the latest release.
