Yes, it should happen. When you're using OAuth, it's responsible for user management, so we don't impose registration limitation on it.

I implemented OpenID following the documentation for Google OAuth and have the credentials in Google set to "test" with a listed authorised user. I have registrations disabled on my server as well. When I attempted to log in with an unlisted user in both Google OAuth and Traccer it still created the user account. Should this have happened?
