I think you have to figure out first what causes them to go offline. Are they disconnecting by themselves or you have a server side timeout?

I am experiencing a problem with some devices constantly switching from "online" to "offline". The report and history show updates every 30 seconds, which is fine, but these devices have a 3-4 minute difference in the time they send the data, even with any time zone. I wonder if there is a way for the server to overwrite the time on these devices to maintain a more stable "online" state.
