60, however did not work, I got a lot of offline event.
Please, how can I find out the standard values for such settings?
How can I deal with the issue?

There is no default timeout. This error is returned by the operating system.

What exactly needs to be fixed? It seems like your device just loses connection.
I have the same error all the time. There are a lot of reasons when device can drop a connection: network disruption, sleep mode, etc. Not talking about bad ipmlementation of TCP stack by device.
So this message is just telling you that your tracker has dropped the connection with the server.
