OBD2 tracker that reads CAN data

I've got a couple 4g sinotrack devices worki g happily with things mobile iot Sims but it's just sending location data because the sinotrack devices are only pulling power from the obd port

Does anyone have a suggestion (aside from freematics) on a OBD2 device that reads vehicle data and sends it to traccar and is 4g?

I know the teltoinka (SP) brand males one but I keep seeing that they don't work in the states - is that the case?

How about one of the cheaper chinesium devices - I'm not thrilled with having to compile whatever to configure the freematics devices
