Hello group, how can I setup a notification for refuleing every 100km for example. Is it possible?

Hello, can someone help me with this setup I did some stuff but did not notify me. Can someone show me the steps I need to take. I want it to send me a notification every 100kms driven to refuel. Thanks in advance for any help.
