Please why the address column is empty on the report screen

I don't see any pictures, but I guess it's empty because reverse geocoder is not configured on your server.

Are we able to use our Google API key to increase the limit of daily look-ups?

I cannot find anywhere to enter the key.

Yes, you can put API key if you want:
