Been using traccar for a while now and it was always easy and intuitive to give user privileges to view certain devices (just tickin the boxes). My question is how to do it in the new UI? I want to create devices list on admin account and then give certain users option to track certain devices. Is it possible to achieve using new webui? If not, do I have to add devices for every user separately?

It's definitely possible. It's pretty much the same place:
Settings > Users > Edit > Devices
