MsSql 1000 row limit on INSERT - HeidiSQL

Hello everybdy

I have problem with my database its work with traccar server where insert the data in table position, my database can't insert more than 10000 rows ! can anyone help me bout how increase the amount of rows to insert more than 1000??

I'm using maria database and the software i use HeidiSQL.
