I am in the US where 2G and 3G networks are being phased out. I have been using ST-901 tracking devices and am now looking for something similar except running on 4G networks. Most of what I find on Amazon or Google comes with a plan and it is not clear if I can reprogram them to send data to my Traccar server. Does anyone have a recommendation (or list) of 4G OBD2 devices that can be used with Traccar?
Thanks
Hi Keith,
Maybe you can try the Mictrack 4G OBD Tracker MP90
Thanks,
Mictrack
To the Mictrack engineers: I have an MP90-A. Can you recommend a US carrier in 2022/2023? I have tried with T-mobile and they "do not support GPS devices." SMS works but the MP90-A does not appear to be able to use their APNs (no data is sent over APN/internet.)
