It's impossible to say without any details.
If its traccar server that you have. You should be able to login through the web login (webinterface on computer) as admin.
Since you say you have acces to the server you should be able to acces it.
If anyone can fix it as a paid service you should contact Anton.
I don't have the access to the traccar server any more as admin the only server access is the server were its host
You cant contact the person who setup the server for you ?
From what you tell me i wonder how many trackers you host on that server ?
If its a few devices it might be easier to setup a new server.
Ok I think the answer is a new server than since I have no reply from the person who's done mine and I have less then 10 trackers because I was waiting him to finish

I have paid someone to setup the software and use their app now I can't login to the server anymore and the app also it's inactive I do have access to the server is there a way around it
At the moment I haven't got the app working and when I try to login on the web says wrong password
Is anyone here can help so I don't lose more money and try to reinstated the platform
