Limit notifications for a time period

Hi,

Is there any way to limit the number of notifications sent. For example if an over speed event is triggered and notification is sent, and the device is constantly speeding then slowing and speeding again I only want to be notified once in the hour not several times?

I don't we have something like that.

Specifically for speed limit events we have event.overspeed.thresholdMultiplier. So that you can have a threshold above the limit, but it doesn't exactly solve the problem. It just makes it less likely to happen if the vehicle is going around the speed limit.
