Licence information about modern UI using Reactjs

Hi, I am planning to customize and use only the modern UI part of traccar-web for my personal purpose. https://github.com/traccar/traccar-web/tree/master/modern .Is it possible to do without having old UI code? If yes, what is the licence applicable for modern code base.? Is it still GNU General Public License?

It's under Apache license. Of course you can use it separately from the old app.
