It's a standard ISO format. Any software tools/libraries should be able to handle it fine and automatically convert to your local time. If it doesn't work for you, you are probably doing something wrong.

when i connect to traccar with api in devices I get Something like this for lastupdate: 2018-06-12T10:55:41.000+0000
the time is in UTC 0 and my Timezone is +4.5, is there a way to change the string that come from app to my timezone???
for example the default is 10:55:41 and the correct time in my country is 16:25:41
