I am currently using a Chinese device that utilizes the JT/T 808 2019 standard protocol. Using Huabao implementation, I am able to parse the data as expected; however, it appears that it may not be fully compatible with JT/T 808 2019.
My issue revolves around the device sending an emergency alarm, such as an SOS event, and expecting acknowledgment (a confirmation command) from the server indicating that the alarm has been handled. The device will continue to send the SOS event until it receives the confirmation message or is restarted.
I have been unable to find the implementation for this Huabao, and it is not clearly mentioned in the JT/T 808 2019 documentation that I have received from the device suppliers.
Has anyone encountered this issue before, or does anyone know the expected structure of the confirmation message? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
