I'm testing solar tracker JimiIOT LL303 device, and it's reporting fine most time. But sometimes device time arrives as GMT 0, and one or two positions later device time arrives ok on timezone set on configuration (GMT - 6).
It doesn't seems to be weak gps coverage, because wrong time reporting occurs at anytime and just by some positions. GPS is installed outside the vehicle, and it's being tested on clear field.
Somebody else have experienced this same issue? Can somebody suggest me something to do to bypass this issue?
I've thinking on configure the device on GMT 0 time, and "fix" device time on server side, but i don't have clear idea how could i do that.

Does not look like Traccar or LL303 issue, this may be a mis-configuration.
Either you can read up on how Traccar and GPS device timezones work or you can start from scratch and troubleshoot and share accurate information so someone here can help you.
e.g. what is the timezone configured on your Device, Traccar device attributes (if set), Server Timezone etc.
