I have a VL-502 that I cannot get to access the server. I can put the same SIM card into my AT6 and it connects, but with the VL502 I just can't get any communication. I've read what little info is on the forum and tried different ports. I'm thinking it may be an issue with identifying it via its IMEI, as another user posted here: https://www.traccar.org/forums/topic/vl502-huabao-protocol-latitude-out-of-range-error/
I've also tried 5001 but haven't found a way to access the logs w/ the paid service.
I really appreciate any help!
Here's how it is setup now:
SERVER,0,45.55.84.20,5015,0
Update: By removing the last number from the IMEI for the identifier, it now shows online. However there's no info available from it (such as location, etc.).
Update: After some time and trying different ports, the GPS info has updated. So my current working method is to remove the last IMEI digit as the identifier, and use port 5015. Now on to figuring out how to get OBDII data from it...
In the future if you have any problems with your subscription, feel free to email support.
