There is no limit.
I'm pretty sure I didn't make any changes to either the phone or the server device settings.
Can you advise how I should troubleshoot this please and get the phone back online.

I'm guessing this refers to me hard booting the phone hoping this would help, which it did not.
If you don't see "location update" there, it means that your phone doesn't have a location. It has nothing to do with the server. Your phone just doesn't send anything.
Oops....Sorted. I had the location switched off. Sorry about that and thanks. (Still learning)
My last Blackberry Z30 connection is showing as being 10 days ago, around the same time as I added my TK tracking device.
Since then, I have not been able to connect to the phone even though the phone is showing that the service is running and the device ID has not changed, neither have any other settings.
