Yes it's free and open source.
It is free and it will be free. There is a download button in the menu where you can download an installer or the source code. Paid subscriptions are for servers that we host for you and provide support. If you want to host your own server, you can always do it for free.

instale la ultima version 4.10, pero en al archivo conf no modifique la base de datos, inicio todo bien. ahora quieor cambiar a la base de datos que quiero en el mysql, ingreso los datos en conf pero no actualiza, entonces es necesario reinstalar????, o como ejecuto denuevo traccar para que cree las tablas necesaria en la nueva direccion de la base de datos....

First time I've been here in a while. Our VPS got totally wiped out this week so I'm trying to rebuild what was on there. From the front page of this website it looks as though everything is chargeable. Can I still download the server/web interface software for free?
