First let me say that I'm quiet impress with Traccar.
I'm not an IT guy and found very simple to install and use Traccar, congrats!
I made a small presentation of Traccar in my organization and everyone seems to like it.
But, since I haven't got an IT background, I couldn't answer the first question of a developer guy...
He ask me if Traccar could integrate with an external application/software?
Probably the question is too generic (and basic) but if anyone could help me and tell me if an integration is possible I would be grateful.

Traccar has a web API for integration with external applications. There are also some other integration options available.
