Installed Traccar Server but cannot accessed from the client

I have installed traccar server on my cloud server and can accessed on the localhost:8082 it fine. but i try to browse webpage from desktop client but cannot accessed. example http://13.231.xxx.xxx:8082 (public ip) the server already open all ports and closed firewall.

This site can’t be reached
13.213.xxx.xxx took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Not sure am I doing wrong? Please help advise. thank you.

It it's accessible locally, but not remote, it means you have some network configuration issue.

First you check if port 8082 is open and accesible from the internet.

Thank you everyone. It already successes. It was blocked from the window firewall.
