Do you have the protocol documentation for your device and some samples from logs?
Yes, what email did I send it to?
Just share it here.
The manual that I have in Word, I cannot attach a file like that, it seems that it is only an image
There is a countless number of services you can use for sharing a file as a link.
OK, now just missing samples.

Ready, I'll give you the link with the log, thank you very much for the help, I'll be attentive.
I'm not going to review 20MB of logs.

Ok,
I'll send you another link with the concentrate of the latest brands in TR20, I have to look for the Portman manual, but it's already separate.
I will coordinate to turn the vehicle on and off and I will send you those marks so you can see them.
We have already done some tests, the file shows the tr20 logs, turning off the unit, turning it on and pressing the panic button.
Which are some of the records that traccar does not give us in the capture.

I see in the log that everything is decoded.
Thanks for the prompt response.
I don't see those values in the tc_positions table, I am attaching an excel file with the marks that traccar gives me.
Previously I had a GPS log capturer, which gave me some details that Tracar does not show, one of them is whether the vehicle is on or off, I don't know if it is an option that has to be activated for Tracar to enter it in the attribute field
The protocols used are tr20 and portman
In the GPS I only changed the capture IP to traccar, and traccar recognized it with those protocols and that's it.
