Info required about Unknwon or offline

in cofiguration there is a key status.timeout i have configured it for less then 10 minutes, how can we set the unknown time i want set unknown time less then 10 minute of less then status.timeout

Status timeout is the correct configuration.

Status timeout is what control the unknown status. I already confirmed it. Why are you asking the same question again?
