I have a problem with the fixtime of this device, in the tc_positions table I can see that it reports the time of the device correctly and that of the server but the fixtime is incorrect, any idea what it could be?

Check the raw data your device is sending.
Mine is like that too, on the card the GPS time and server time are close, but in the logs the error is 4 hours ahead, which tracker are you using?
When I restarted the device, it started transmitting correctly. The device is a Coban 311
