Important question about MySQL database

Hello,

Why when adding record in devices table in database directly from phpmyadmin, this device record not appear in client interface ?

i am asking this because i made an update from 5.3 to 5.9 then i tried to move data from old database to new database, its not working

any help about that point please, why when insert some data in database tables directly its not appear in client interface.
