Immobilize Command not working

Hi Support,

We're testing immobilize in PRO4 ruptela and we already setup the command as below

immob command setup.png
netral command setup.png

all the command not working at all.
Hopefully you can help us to solve this matter.

Check logs to see if the command is sent. Then compare the format against the protocol documentation to see if it's correct.
