I do not get data on the server tracker

Hi friend

I'm using a Chinese traker. I'm not sure of the model, but the manual says it is a GT02A. So far I used the platform that works for me correctly

Now intend to use Traccar server (traccar-linux-arm-3.4). I have the server installed on a Raspberry Pi2, with Raspbian.
I set the tracker with the same command, but logically changing the IP, the external IP of my router.
The router has forwarding from ports 8082.7018 and 5001 to 5104 to the ip of the server (Raspberry).
The service is started, and have configured the device with the identifier of the IMEI (15 digits) but not received data tracker.
If I ask a status, the tracker responds: GPRS Disconection
I have also tried to use the same indicator used 19gps.net, which consists of a zero followed by the last 11 digits of IMEI.
I've also tried with another Chinese traker, whose status says it is TR06N model using ports 5023 and 8082, but the server does not receive data.

Not what else to do to fix it.
