I am looking installation package, the server version 2.12

I have a problem with version 3.0

At the moment it needs version 2.12, it's works with my PHP files.
Unfortunately, I can not cope with the compilation of sources.

Maybe someone has a version compiled? Only one command ./traccar.run and all done
