How to set up the RF V26

Hi, so I was setting up the RF V26 with traccar but I am not able to connect it to my server for some reason.
I already set up the ip to my server http://34.214.39.145:8082 and I already try port 5001, 5013, 5002 and it is not working nor getting any data into the tracker-server.log file. what could be wrong?

I have the protocol documents if someone is interested in take a look and let me know if it is available in traccar.

You should check troubleshooting guide first.

I checked the troubleshooting guide but it won't help if I don't get data to my log file. I asked some manufacturers to see what is going on and they do get data when I set the device to work with their IP and port. I ask them to send me the HEX messages they are getting but they told me it is ascii. they gave me the protocol files and tell me to try to implement them into traccar. I guess I will have email support and send the protocol files to see if you can help me from there. Maybe I could set the device with one of your servers to see if you get any data?

Alright, so this is a watch protocol.
I tried setting the IP to http://34.214.39.145:8082 and http://ec2-34-214-39-145.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com:8082 (my cellphone can only access it through this URL) at port 5093 but nothing.

It only works when the IP is set to the DNS public name. in my case ec2-34-214-39-145.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com... thanks for the help
