How to config GPS Q9

Has anyone ever used this GPS Q9 model (same as Q8, Q10) how to config Server and Port ?

We found sms command to config already "SL DPserver-ip#port#" and we have config it sent to port 5015 ( huabao protocol ) device already sent data to server but don't work. it show Unknown device in log

is this correct port?

we have compared patterns, it matched with huabao protocol already. but why still don't work.

Looks like the port is correct. You just haven't registered the device.

Found the cause. wrong ID. must include 0 prefix
