How to activate IPv6?

Hi,
how can I activate IPv6 at the Server? I use a portmapper v4->v6 and it says that the port is not available at my qnap nas.

Traccar listens on IPv6 by default. You shouldn't need to activate anything.

Ok, but why is the port not available? Do I have to activate the ports in the configuration?

All ports are enabled by default.

Ok, but why is it not working? I try it with my Samsung Galaxy in the homenetwork. I use the IP 192.168.1.222 of the Qnap and Port 5055. But no connection.

The Router, you are logged in with the Galaxy , has IPv6 enabled? If so WHY the Galaxy has an IPv4?
