How does the report work?

Please check the screenshot.

  1. The trip report for today(2018.11.10) is showing the trip from yesterday(2018.11.9)
  2. The report is very late because the report was generated at 11:58:43 am but only data up to around 4 pm are showed.

Can anyone explain the cause and solution?
