Do you mean type "trips"? You should provide a screenshot of all columns.
Reports >> Type: Summary >> Engine Hours = 0 h
Hours is calculated using ignition flag. Zero means that your device doesn't report ignition.
Let me see if I understand, you say that the tracker / device does not inform if the ignition is turned on or off and so it does not generate the information? Would it be this? Or do I have to configure the system? The device I use is TK Coban 303g
That's exactly what I said.
Anton, it still did not make sense to me. Because the system recognizes when the device is online, it recognizes when it is on and off. Now you tell me that the same is not able to generate the time you got connected, I was confused.
The little I could understand is that the device says to the system when it is on or off but is not able to account for the time it was turned on or off.
Does your device report ignition value? If not, there is no way for server to determine on and off time.
I think so, because so much is that when I turn on the vehicle the system detects that the ignition is on, and when I turn it off it informs that it is off.
If you really see ignition on/off events and see ignition value in state panel. You can select some longer period of time, because this value is rounded to hours in web interface.
Now it is explained abyss, thanks for the feedback, what happens is that the record only appears in the reports when the vehicle is for hours on. Is there any way to change this for minutes? For if not, the vehicle that rotate for only a few minutes or make small routes we will not be able to distinguish or evaluate the time in which the same rotated during the day. Putting the information in for minutes would be even more accurate do not you think?
I would recommend to create an issue on github for your suggestion.
Hello Anton.
When I go to Reports >> Type: Abstract
In the "Hours On" field it is always registering 0h. What can it be?
