Help with OBD630A

Hello, i am using a OBD360A, a few days ago i was looking for help in this forum: https://www.traccar.org/forums/topic/help-how-can-i-translate-this/. Well, i finally got the documentation, i recibed this documents:

• C# language about the CRC check.enc
• DTC for passenger car.pdf
• JAVA about the CRC check.enc
• OBD620-630-641 NEW OBD SMART Communication Protocol.pdf
• PID for Commercial Vehicle.pdf
• PID for Passenger Car.pdf
• Protocol_obd.enc

and a .txt called "Example":

I read the documents, but i dont understand how translate the hex, could you please help me? or just give a clue?

Hola Andres, disculpa de nuevo, inclui el correo y no sabia que no se podia. Hay alguna forma de que me envies el protocolo de este equipo ? creo que es el archivo OBD620-630-641 NEW OBD SMART Communication Protocol.pdf muchas gracias!

Calculo que ese manual tiene los comandos SMS que no los encuentro por ningun lado. Tampoco se como encontrar este dispositivo en traccar porque no tengo mas informacion que solo OBD630A
