Help with an unknown old device

How cheap is cheap? ;o)

Have you looked at the Teltonika range?

I know Teltonika has a good reputation, but I can't afford it right now :(

Since I only have a budget of 10-20 $
I am aware that only "Chinese original" or "Chinese branded" or "Chinese clones" devices are within my reach.
These devices from my previous post are "cheap Chinese" sold under the brand of a local seller, that's why I asked if anyone recognizes them visually...

I don't know if I should start a new thread on the forum so more people can see it?

In my experience there is nothing worthwhile in that price range but good luck.
