Help to identify this new protocol

I receive a new tracker. I try to search under traccar documentation however I still can't find a match. The seller sent me a PDF that shows the following protocol info

imei:353451044508750,tracker,0809231929,13554900601,F,055403.000,A,2233.1870,N,11354.3067,E,0.00,30.1;

The tracker shows a model like 305 however I don't have which brand or manufacturer is.

This is a gps tracker for bikes. Any help will be appreciated.

I also see the following info written on the PDF
