Hex data coming in. Ports open, ID added, still nothing

i have added a TK103 device onto my server and i have it configured to use Port 5001 on my server and i see the hex coming in from the logs however for some reason im not able to get the device to display in the web console. All other devices are in and working just this one.

i have device ID 865205033219320 and port 5001

Anything I am missing?

1. Confirm that the user you are using has permission for the number of devices. (Test with the admin).
2. Confirm that the device protocol is actually from the tk103.

Usually there are no problems, unless you have done some customization to meet your needs ...

Finally, completely remove that device, and insert it again with the admin user.

If you are unsure of the port, use port 5005 for testing purposes only.

1. I am admin and i only have 6 devices in so far

2. protocol shows as H02 from Hex dump and cross referenced past https://raw.githubusercontent.com/traccar/traccar/master/tools/test-integration.py and those ports are open too. (5000-5100 open for testing)

Device has been removed and re integrated twice. but i will try on port 5005 but the device is talking to the server just not transposing the data.

I understand, the identification of the code is beyond my knowledge, let's wait for Anton or Andrei to say a word ... or another professional who has more knowledge ... Sorry I can't help anymore.

I suggest you choose port 5013 which corresponds to ho2 as shown here:

Kris, if you have already identified the correct protocol and port, why are you still talking about some other ports? Where's the log with correct port? Why is it configured to port 5001 instead of 5013 (H02)? This whole thread doesn't make much sense to me.

I have been testing a number of different devices using a number of different ports.

Your original comment is about specific device.

i think the device is screwed. I have 2 TK103's and neither of them can translate to the Web interface on any port i set on the device.
I bought some GT02's and all work fine.

FINALLY got it all working.
Had to do a full factory reset of the TK103 devices and Remove them from the server. did a server reboot for good measure ( i know i dont need to but im old school)

Set them all up from scratch and finally got them running using port 5013 and i had to use IP instead of the DNS name on the device for some reason that worked.
