For GT06, Is there a way to check from traccar.log if the connection between the device and server is active?
By checking the log? What I am trying to do is, there are times when the device is Indoor and does not send any fix location updates while indoor, In such cases the Heartbeat should still be active. So I was thinking of checking the Logs for the Same. so is there a way I can read the log and identify the device & its active status from the heart-bit?
Earlier with your help I had achieved reading unknown devices data from the log using php.
Please do advice.
Starting from the next release Traccar will decode status messages from GT06 devices. If you don't want to wait, you can compile server from source as it already includes the functionality.
I think I will wait for the next release :) in that case.
