GT06 timezone error message

I only use GT06 devices. I've all set a time zone setting for GMT+03. In the configuration file I have set this parameter <entry key='gt06.timezone'>10800</entry>. I constantly receive the following message in the log:

2018-08-07 21:57:37  WARN: Config parameter gt06.timezone is deprecated

Any ideas of what this is due to?

You should now use decoder.timezone in config or user attribute.

Would you explain what exactly needs to be done in the configuration file and setting up the device itself to get the right time in Bulgaria (UTC + 2)?

Add decoder.timezone configuration parameter with value Europe/Sofia.

This is already set in "Server" option in system. What time need to send to device setting?
